We currently ship only within Canada.
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To start a return, please contact us at info@electrolight.ca with your order number and details.
Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.
6. Warranty
Most products sold by Electrolight Enterprises Inc. include a manufacturer’s warranty, typically covering defects in materials or workmanship.
Please refer to the product listing or packaging for specific warranty terms.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accident, or modification of the product.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Electrolight Enterprises Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products purchased from us.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
