Do you have a physical store or is it online only?
Yes, we have a physical showroom in Newmarket where you can see many of our lighting fixtures on display. Our website electrolight.ca is available for convenient online shopping across Canada.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere within Canada. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier — typically 2–10 business days after your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are issued only after inspection. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@electrolight.ca with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
