1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@electrolight.ca with your order number and reason for return.
We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Inspection and Refunds
All returned items are carefully inspected once received.
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned product’s condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a return is rejected (e.g., item used, installed, or damaged), the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.
