Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently anywhere in Canada.


1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within Canada only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments depending on product availability.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Rates are displayed before you complete your purchase.

We do not offer free shipping or free return shipping.


4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen carrier.
Typical delivery times range from 2–10 business days after shipping, depending on the destination.

Please note that delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

For lost packages, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If the issue is not resolved, contact us for assistance.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Returns and Refunds

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
